Machining Capabilities

Our lathes can support a wide range of machining services including
handling large diameter or extended length items.

• Length : 1.5m bed length for extended parts
• Bar diameter : up to 56mm
• C axis : drill, tap & milling capabilities
• Live tooling : up to 16 tool stations
  (minimizing number of operations to optimize cost)

Finishing Services

Where required parts can be finished in a range of coatings to meet client requirements for corrosion
resistance or improved aesthetic appearance.

Supply Chain Management

With a flexible approach we can readily adapt and integrate with your supply chain preferences. We have
a wide range of material suppliers allowing us to support local material procurement on your behalf or we
can work with material supplied by yourselves.

KAL Technology is set up to be able to support a range of machining services from rapid prototype with
short leadtimes to production volumes including low (10’s), medium (100’s) and high volume (1000’s) quantities.
We also partner with a number of other local manufacturers extending our capabilities and coverage in order
to optimize your supply chain and vendor management processes.
